The Service is not available to users who have previously been suspended or removed from the Service by Flairt for violating these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@flairt.ai of any unauthorized use of your account.
We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. You may not use another person's account without that person's express authorization.
Important: You bear sole and exclusive responsibility for how you use, apply, or act upon any report, playbook, photo, or other output generated by the Service.
The reports, playbooks, and AI-generated photographs provided by Flairt are informational and creative tools. You acknowledge and agree that:
Flairt makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that use of the Service will improve your dating outcomes, increase your number of matches, or result in any specific interpersonal, romantic, or social result.
Human attraction and interpersonal compatibility are complex, multi-dimensional phenomena influenced by numerous factors beyond the scope of profile optimization. While the Service is grounded in published academic research on attraction and online dating behavior, research findings represent population-level statistics and do not constitute individual-level guarantees.
Any statistics, testimonials, or outcome estimates referenced on the Flairt platform are illustrative in nature and are not guarantees of individual results. Outcomes will vary significantly between users based on factors including but not limited to geographic location, personal characteristics, the specific platforms used, personal interpersonal skills, and the dating environment.
You acknowledge that you are using the Service with a full understanding that results are not guaranteed, and that no refund, compensation, or recourse is available on the basis that your dating outcomes did not improve following use of the Service.
All reports, playbooks, and photo analyses generated by Flairt are produced by artificial intelligence systems. They may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outputs that are not appropriate to your specific circumstances. You are strongly advised to review all AI-generated content critically before acting on any recommendation.
Flairt's AI systems are trained on general data and academic literature. They do not possess knowledge of your complete personal history, circumstances, or the full context of your dating situation. Recommendations should be treated as informed suggestions — not professional advice.
AI-generated photographs are digitally created or modified images. While Flairt endeavors to produce photorealistic and useful outputs, results may vary. AI-generated images may exhibit artifacts, inaccuracies in likeness, or unintended alterations. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated photograph before using it.
Flairt does not accept liability for any decision, action, harm, or consequence arising from reliance on AI-generated content. The Service is a tool to assist — not to replace — your own judgment.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your content: You retain ownership of any photographs or personal content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Flairt a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
AI-generated outputs: Reports, playbooks, and AI-generated or AI-enhanced photographs produced by the Service on your behalf are provided for your personal use. You may use them in accordance with these Terms. Flairt retains no ongoing claim to outputs generated for your account.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Flairt intellectual property without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Flairt is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way associated with Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, or any other dating application or platform. These trademarks belong to their respective owners.
AI & Infrastructure Providers: Flairt uses the following third-party sub-processors to deliver the Service:
Each of these providers operates under their own terms of service and privacy policies, and processes your data only as instructed by Flairt under data processing agreements. Flairt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these providers.
Dating Platforms: The Service may reference third-party dating platforms (including but not limited to Tinder, Hinge, and Bumble). Each platform has its own Terms of Service governing acceptable use — including rules on AI-generated content.
You are solely responsible for reading and complying with the terms of any third-party platform on which you use content generated by Flairt. Flairt bears no responsibility for consequences arising from non-compliance, including account suspension or removal from any platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@flairt.ai. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 5, 6, 7, 10, 14, and 15.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flairt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
In no event shall Flairt's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Service exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to Flairt in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flairt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including but not limited to any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction. Users in the European Union also have the right to submit disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or a notice on the Service.
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
